01How to request deletion
You can ask us to delete your StuntWars account and the data attached to it at any time. There is no charge, and you do not have to give a reason.
Send an email to stuntwars.game@gmail.com with:
- the subject line “Delete my StuntWars account”,
- your in-game nickname (shown on the rider screen), and
- if you signed in with Google, please send the email from that same Google address so we can confirm the account is yours.
If you played as a guest and never signed in, tell us your nickname and roughly when you last played — guest progress is tied to an anonymous identifier on your device, so we will help you locate it.
02What gets deleted
When we process your request we permanently remove:
- your account record and sign-in identifier,
- your display name and nickname,
- your game progress — unlocked bikes, gear, upgrades, season and mission progress,
- your coin balance and any VIP status,
- your settings and preferences, including your voice-chat preference,
- posts and comments you made in the in-game Forum.
Deleting your account is permanent. Progress, coins and purchased items cannot be restored afterwards, so please be sure before you send the request.
03What we have to keep
Purchases you made are handled by Google Play, not by us. We may keep a minimal record of a transaction (its ID, date and amount — not your payment details) where we are required to for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes. We never keep your payment card details; those are only ever held by Google.
Anonymous crash reports that cannot be linked back to you may remain in our diagnostics for up to 90 days.
04How long it takes
We will confirm your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving it.
