Where to start

Most refunds for in-app purchases are handled directly by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS), not by us. Step-by-step instructions for each platform are below.

02Refunds for coin packs

Because coins are delivered to your account immediately on purchase, they are generally non-refundable once spent. However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:

03Refunds for The Rider's Pass

The Pass is a recurring subscription. You can cancel it at any time from your Google Play or App Store account — cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.

04How to request a refund — Google Play

  1. Open the Google Play app on your Android device.
  2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptionsBudget & history.
  3. Find the StuntWars purchase, tap it, then tap Refund.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions. Decisions are usually made within 1–4 business days.

05How to request a refund — App Store

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Choose Request a refund, pick a reason, then select the StuntWars purchase.
  3. Submit the request. Apple will email you with the decision within a few days.

06What we cannot refund

Chargeback warning

Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first will result in your account being suspended pending investigation. If you have an issue, talk to us — we're easier to deal with than your bank.

07If a purchase doesn't deliver

If you were charged but didn't receive your coins or Pass benefits, please email us first — we can usually fix this faster than the platform refund flow.

08Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer rights you have under the law of your country. EU consumers, for example, retain a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content unless they have expressly waived it by starting use of the content.
