Most refunds for in-app purchases are handled directly by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS), not by us. Step-by-step instructions for each platform are below.
01What you can buy
Inside StuntWars you can buy two things with real money:
- Coin packs — virtual currency, delivered immediately. ★ 500 / ★ 1,500 / ★ 5,000 / ★ 15,000.
- The Rider's Pass — a recurring monthly subscription ($4.99/mo) that grants daily login coins, doubled ad rewards, and Pass-only colorways.
02Refunds for coin packs
Because coins are delivered to your account immediately on purchase, they are generally non-refundable once spent. However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Accidental purchase within 48 hours and the coins haven't been used.
- Purchase by a minor without parental authorization (proof may be required).
- Coins not delivered after a successful charge — we will deliver the coins or refund the purchase.
- Statutory rights — if your local consumer law gives you a stronger right of withdrawal, that law applies and overrides this policy.
03Refunds for The Rider's Pass
The Pass is a recurring subscription. You can cancel it at any time from your Google Play or App Store account — cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of the initial purchase and have not used Pass benefits, you can request a refund through the platform.
- Refunds for renewal charges follow the platform's standard rules.
- If we shut down the Pass program, we will refund the unused portion of the current period.
04How to request a refund — Google Play
- Open the Google Play app on your Android device.
- Tap your profile icon →
Payments & subscriptions→Budget & history. - Find the StuntWars purchase, tap it, then tap
Refund. - Follow the on-screen instructions. Decisions are usually made within 1–4 business days.

05How to request a refund — App Store
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Choose
Request a refund, pick a reason, then select the StuntWars purchase. - Submit the request. Apple will email you with the decision within a few days.
06What we cannot refund
- Coins that have been spent in-game.
- Items, helmets, leathers, or bike upgrades purchased with coins (whether earned or bought).
- Pass benefits already consumed (daily logins claimed, ads doubled).
- Purchases on accounts banned for cheating, fraud, or chargeback abuse.
Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first will result in your account being suspended pending investigation. If you have an issue, talk to us — we're easier to deal with than your bank.
07If a purchase doesn't deliver
If you were charged but didn't receive your coins or Pass benefits, please email us first — we can usually fix this faster than the platform refund flow.
Subject: Missing purchase — include your order ID, payment platform, and account username.
08Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer rights you have under the law of your country. EU consumers, for example, retain a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content unless they have expressly waived it by starting use of the content.
