01Agreement to terms

By downloading, installing, or using StuntWars ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Game.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use StuntWars. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

03Your account

• You may play as a guest, sign in with Google, or create an account with a username.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You may not share, sell, transfer, or trade your account.
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts used to bypass restrictions may be banned.

04Acceptable conduct

While using StuntWars, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software (mods, bots, trainers, packet editors).
• Manipulate leaderboards or events through coordinated abuse.
• Harass, threaten, or use slurs against other players.
• Impersonate another rider, our staff, or any third party.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract assets from the Game.
• Attempt to disrupt our servers (DDoS, fuzzing, unauthorized scanning).
• Sell or trade in-game currency, items, or accounts for real money outside our official store.

05Virtual currency & items

• Coins and other virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use virtual items inside the Game — you do not own them.
• We may add, remove, modify, or rebalance virtual items at any time without compensation.
• If your account is closed (by you or by us for cause), any unused virtual currency or items are forfeited.

06Our intellectual property

StuntWars, including all artwork, code, logos, music, and the StuntWars name, is owned by StuntWars Studio and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Game for entertainment — no other rights are granted.

07User-generated content

If you submit content (usernames, custom server names, screenshots, videos) you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote that content in connection with the Game. You confirm that any content you submit does not infringe anyone else's rights and is not unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit.

08Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, attempt to harm other players, or use the Game in a way that creates legal or technical risk. Where reasonable we will notify you, but for serious violations (cheating, harassment, fraud) we may act immediately.

You may stop using the Game and delete your account at any time by contacting us at stuntwars.game@gmail.com.

09Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, that the Game will be free of bugs, or that any specific record, item, or server will remain available indefinitely.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StuntWars Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Game. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim — or, if you have paid nothing, $20.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms over time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the Game or by email. Continued use of the Game after the effective date of the new Terms means you accept them.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where StuntWars Studio is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
